By placing an order, submitting a deposit, or utilizing our services, you agree to the following comprehensive terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

1. Ordering, Deposits & Cancellations

Order Finalization: An order is considered officially finalized once the custom build specifications are approved and the required deposit has been processed.
Non-Refundable Deposits: The deposit paid down secures your position in our production schedule and funds the procurement of specialized building materials. Once an order is finalized, the deposit is strictly non-refundable and will be forfeited in full if the order is subsequently cancelled by the customer for any reason.

2. Delivery, Inspection & Return Policy

Because our structures are large, custom-manufactured assets, standard retail return rules do not apply.

Final Sale Upon Delivery: Once a building has been delivered to your property, the sale is final. The building is strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Mandatory Delivery Inspection: Customers are required to be present at the time of delivery to conduct a thorough walkthrough inspection of the structure alongside our delivery personnel.
Reporting Damage: If any structural or cosmetic damage is determined anywhere on the building, it must be inspected and reported to the delivery driver immediately prior to their departure. This ensures the issues are documented on-site. Once the driver leaves the property, unrecorded claims of transit damage will not be honored.
Resolution Process: For valid, driver-documented damage or manufacturing defects reported during delivery, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include on-site repair, professional touch-ups, or component replacement.

3. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us.

Information We Collect: We collect information you voluntarily provide when you request a quote, place an order, contact us, or use interactive website tools (such as our delivery calculator). This includes your name, phone number, email address, physical delivery address, billing information, zip codes, and product search preferences.
How We Use Your Information: Your data is used to process your order, coordinate delivery logistics, communicate schedule updates, handle billing, and analyze market demand to improve our services and delivery routes. We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties.
Geolocation Services: When you use our delivery calculator, your provided zip code may be processed by third-party geolocation APIs to determine your city and state for accurate delivery quoting and internal analytics.
Data Security: We implement standard physical and electronic security protocols to safeguard your information on the backend. When processing transactions, your payment details are encrypted through secure, compliant merchant processors.
Third-Party Advertising & Customer Matching: We use third-party advertising platforms, including Google Ads, to promote our products and measure the success of our marketing campaigns. When you interact with our website—such as submitting a contact form, requesting a custom building quote, or completing a purchase—we may share hashed (encrypted) versions of the personal information you provide (such as your email address or phone number) with Google. Google acts as a data processor and uses this securely transmitted data solely to help us track ad effectiveness and find other potential customers who may be interested in our products.
