Preparing for Delivery:
-
Prior to Delivery, You Need to Ensure That You Have the Appropriate Clearance to Receive the Building on Your Property.
-
For Example, Please Ensure if You Order a 10x12 Building, You Have More than 10 Feet of Clearance, At Least All the Way Through to Where You Want the Building to Go.
-
Please Be Mindful of Low Hanging Objects Such as Tree Limbs, Power Lines, and Overhangs on Buildings or Your Home.
-
If You Have a Fence, Please Ensure You Have a Gate Opening Wider Than the Building Width. We Cannot Lift the Building Over The Fence. You May Have to Remove a Section of Your Fence Ahead of Delivery if You Do Not Have the Proper Clearance.
-
-
You Can Have a Variety of Platforms For Your Building. Each Building Comes with 4"x6" Treated Wood Runners Underneath that the Building Sits on Top of. If you Choose to Have A Platform For Your Building, Below are a Few Options:
-
Gravel (Limestone) - This Option is Great as the Rock Allows for a Nice Compact Surface with Good Drainage. Also, this Allows for a Nice Level Area Overall but You May Need to Have Some Additional Concrete Blocks Available In Case the Area is Not Completely Level.
-
Concrete Pad - This is a More Expensive Option that is Not Necessary but is Definitely Nice if You Want to Invest in Concrete. Excellent for Making Sure Your Building is Level and Secure for Decades into the Future.
-
Concrete Block - This is Typically the Recommended (or Easiest) Method for Leveling a Building. Our Drivers Will Have a Limited Number of Block with Them on Their Trucks so if Your Site is More Thank 8" Out of Level, Or You Want Your Building Raised Higher off of the Ground, We Recommend You Have the Correct Amount of Blocks Available. Below is Our Recommended Amount of Block Based on Building Size and the Grade of Your Site:

-
Below is the Treated Wood Runner Configuration Based on the Width of the Building You Go With. This Information is Important in Particular if You Plan to Set Concrete Piers or Blocks Yourself Prior to Delivery of Your Building. Please Note, Setting Blocks Yourself is Not Required as this is Included as Part of the Delivery and Setup of Your Building:

Frequently Asked Questions:
-
How Are The Buildings Delivered?
-
Buildings are loaded on a 40ft flatbed trailer. When the driver arrives, he is able to tilt the trailer and get the building off of the trailer. The driver typically will hook a set of portable wheels to one end of the building. He will then attach onto the other end of the building, using his yard mule. The driver will then drive your building to its final location of your choosing.
-
-
Can You Lift The Building Over My Fence?
-
No. We must have enough clearance both in width and height to bring the building through to where you want it. If you do not have a gate large enough to bring your building through, you may need to remove a section of your fence prior to delivery or you might need to do a build on site (which is more expensive and requires a cash purchase).
-
-
Does Rent to Own Require a Credit Check?
-
No. The good news is that everyone is immediately approved for rent to own, no credit check is necessary.
-
-
Do You Have A Physical Location for Me to View the Buildings?
-
Our primary business model is building straight from our factory and delivery to you! We are able to have such low pricing because of this model. We offer delivery to four states: Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and even parts of West Virginia. We cover so many areas, it would be impossible to have a location in each area which is why we are setup to serve you over the phone and execute our rent to own contracts through email and digital e-signature. However, we do have lots of available inventory that is displayed on our website with lots of details. If you are up for a drive, we do have a location in Ohio where you can see our inventory in person. Just message us or call us and we can get you all the details for viewing it!
